การใช้ Out look Express ในการส่ง E-mail

     การตั้งค่า Email จาก Gmail เพื่อใช้งานผ่าน Outlook Express - สามารถใช้ได้กับ Gmail ทั่วไป และ Gmail for Domain (Google Apps)


1. เริ่มต้นโดยการเปิด Outlook Express ขึ้นมาก่อน หากมีอะไรขึ้นมาก็ให้ cancle ให้หมด
2. ไปที่ Tools + Accounts ...



3. เลือก Add + Mail

4. ใส่ชื่อของเราลงไป + Next >



5. ใส่ Email ของเรา + Next >



6. ใส่ค่า POP3 : pop.gmail.com
     และค่า SMTP : smtp.gmail.com   + Next >



7. ใส่ Email Account ของท่านพร้อม Password  + Next



8. เมื่อ Next > Finish แล้วจะเป็นการเสร็จการเพิ่ม Email เพื่อให้ใช้ รับส่งผ่าน Outlook Express

9. กลับมาหน้าเพิ่มรายชื่อ Email ให้คลิ้กที่ Email ที่เราได้เพิ่มไว้แล้ว คลิ้ก + Properties + ที่แถบ General = ให้ใส่ชื่อของเรา



- แถบ Servers = เลือก My server requires authetication



- ที่แถบ Advanced ติ้กถูกหน้า This ... (SSL) 2 ตัว พร้อมตรวจสอบ port
SMTP เป็น Port 465
POP3 เป็น Port 995



คลิ้ก OK แล้ว Close ไป จากนั้นก็ลอง โหลดใช้งานดูครับ ที่ Icon : Send/Recv

How to use Out look express for sending E-mail

Setting up Email from Gmail to applications via Outlook Express - can be used with Gmail and Gmail for Domain (Google Apps).



1. Start by opening Outlook Express if it is what it was before I cancle out.

2. Go to Tools + Accounts ...




3. Select the Add + Mail.

4. Put our name down to + Next>.




5. Enter your Email + Next>.

6. Enter the POP3: pop.gmail.com.
      And the SMTP: smtp.gmail.com + Next>.

7. Enter your Email Account with Password + Next.




8. When the Next> Finish it will be added in order to send and receive Email via Outlook Express.

9. Back page, click the Email List Email us to add, then click + Properties + in General =, enter the name of our band.



- Servers = select the My server requires authetication.


- The Tin Advanced tab of the Page This ... (SSL) 2 with monitoring port.
SMTP is Port 465.
POP3 is Port 995.



Click OK and then Close to try to see the Icon: Send / Recv
